Project One is an example of how an existing residence can be transformed through good design into a sustainably concious redevelopment. With additions set to the front of the existing residence and working from an existing engineering footprint the end result opens up the rear kitchen/meals area onto a new formal lounge room with built in bookshelves and a feature track sliding timber door closing the area off from both the kitchen and entry foyer. Two new bedrooms and a bathroom sit to the right of a new Entry foyer and a central study with raised ceiling opening up into a tower like structure allows natural light into the study is located in the new central area of the home. A refitted master bedroom and conversion of the existing bathroom into an ensuite finishes off the renovations converting this small home into a more useable family home
